My name is Rosana L. Bezerra Morrell, founder of America’s Cleaning Leaders. Together with my husband, Ron Morrell, we manage our company with excellence.

In Brazil, I worked extensively in public relations, political marketing, and psychopedagogy. After moving to the United States, I began providing cleaning services and quickly gained loyal clients through referrals. This success inspired me to professionalize and elevate the quality of our services.

Today, America’s Cleaning Leaders is dedicated to delivering exceptional cleaning with a personal touch. We are PET FRIENDLY and support initiatives to protect and rescue animals, reflecting our values of care and commitment.

Our team undergoes rigorous training to ensure top-notch service, treating every client with respect and kindness. The company’s name honors the country that embraced me and became my home.

We require a visit to the house for evaluation. After a brief visit we will provide you with a free personalized estimate for the cleaning services.

The price of our services will be determined by the size of your house, the type of floors in the house, the kitchen and bathrooms you have along with the frequency of cleaning service you specify.

We can provide cleaning products for an extra fee or we can use your products. The majority of our customers have specific preferences on products they want used, so when it comes to cleaning material selection, we tend to have our customers supply what they need.

Yes, we are Pet Friendly! We love our four-legged friends and will provide the best service to keep them happy. Additionally, we collaborate with NGOs to help save our beloved pets.

Payment is due on the day of service with no exceptions.Payment can be made in cash, check, or Zelle.We can work out a different form of payment arrangement as long as it is discussed and agreed upon prior to the cleaning service day.

Each case is different but mandatory is we ask for seven days or more notice prior to your scheduled cleaning date if you need to change the date.

We will make all efforts to provide consistency in our cleaning services. We will always try to stay consistent with the employees assigned to your home. We have men and female helpers sometimes there will be changes. We will always provide advance notice to our valued customers event that any change happens to our personnel.

We kindly request that you make any cancellations of scheduled appointments no less than one week prior to the intended date.

We recognize that unforeseeable circumstances may occur, we will make every effort to accommodate any last-minute changes due to exceptional situations, we urge you to contact us promptly, so that we may make a reschedule date and time.
